By participating to this Activity, you get a chance to (50 toasters, 30 sandwich makers, 10 kitchen machines) when purchasing NU G750 "Loves Bread" edition 2025. I. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions are intended to formalize the rules by which the Activity will be conducted and the terms and conditions of participating therein.

By participating in the Activity, each Participant accepts as binding these Terms & Conditions, including all the conditions contained therein.

Participation in the Activity is exclusive responsibility of the Participant. Ferrero and/or anyone acting on its behalf, bears no responsibility for any damage which is caused and/or shall be caused to a Participant as a result of and/or in connection with his participation in the Activity.

The following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them:

"Activity Period" As defined in Section II. 1. a.

"Participant" Any individual meeting the criteria set in Section II. 2., and participate in the Activity, all in accordance with these Terms & Conditions

The site has been created and is administrated on behalf of Ferrero by Views International Advertising and Marketing.

These Terms and Conditions, (together with any documents referred to in it) provides you with the terms on which you may participate in the Activity. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before applying to participate in the Activity.

By applying to participate in the Activity, you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you shall not be eligible to participate in the Activity.

II. Terms of Activity

1. Activity Period

The Activity opens from September 1st, 2025 (12:00 AM) and closes on October 15th, 2025 (23:59 PM) or when the 90 winners are reached, what happens first.

Ferrero retains the right to amend the Activity Period from time to time and notice of such amendment may be published at the Webpage.

2. Terms of Participation

To Participate, Participants must:

a. Agree with the Terms & Conditions

b. Be 18 years old at least at the time of participation.

c. Buy Nutella G750 jar "Loves Bread" edition 2025. The jar is characterized by a sticker on cap where an alphanumeric code is printed below. Go to the Webpage of the Contest and (i) enter Name, Surname, Phone Number, Address, E-mail address; (ii) answer the game question (year of Nutella launch); (iii) insert the alphanumeric promotional code that is printed under the sticker on the Nutella jar lid.

Are excluded from participating:

a. Employees of Ferrero and their close family,

b. Ferrero's distributors,

c. Anyone involved professionally with the Activity.

Provided any of the criteria above is not respected, there will not be any possibility for the participant to be selected as one of the winners.

3. Winner Selection

There will be 90 winners amongst the pool of Participants. Once the 90 winners are reached, there is no possibility to continue participating to the promotion, the website will be blocked, and the campaign finished.

The winners, previously checking the information uploaded and question game are correct and the alphanumeric promotional code not duplicated, will be contacted via the Mobile Number and E-mail address provided during the participation within 5 working days of the picking, informing them of the status of their participation and how to redeem the prize.

The winner will be asked to communicate their address to be able to receive the prize.

If the winner does not claim the prize within 20 days of being contacted, he will not be able to claim it later.

4. Prize Description

5. Responsibility

The Participant shall guarantee they have the legal rights and legal capacity to accept these Terms & Conditions within their jurisdiction and that their participation in accordance with the methods and terms indicated in these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a violation of any law, regulation, or other provision in your jurisdiction.

In addition, the Participant states and agrees that all information provided to Ferrero is true, accurate, updated, and complete and the Participant also agree to update that information, where necessary, in order to guarantee its accuracy and truthfulness.

With regards to the issues listed below, the Participant cannot claim any form of compensation from Ferrero in the case of any issues including in respect of the following:

a. Technical issues with the submission;

b. Internet rate issues;

c. Data transmission delays;

d. Participant's computer failure;

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Activity accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of the participation to the Activity.

To participate the Participant confirms that they must be aged 18 or older and that the email address provided for the Activity is personal, true and accurate.

Ferrero will sanction and/or will not hesitate in taking legal action if:

a. any of the rules set out in this Terms and Conditions are found to be broken

b. any misrepresentation or falsification of identity, no matter the method used, as well as

c. any fraud of any nature whatsoever, and more generally

d. any attempt to hijack the Activity rules and disrupt the smooth running of the Activity, regardless of the method used.

Ferrero may also, at any time and without prior notice, decide to amend or cancel all or a part of the Activity, and/or suspend or terminate your participation in the Activity if Ferrero believes you are in breach of this Section.

6. Data Protection

Participant agrees they will submit the content specified at Section 2d (and any other information Ferrero reasonably requests from time to time required for the purposes of the Activity) on the dedicated Webpage.

Ferrero will process Participants personal data to allow their participation in the Activity.

The Participants selected as winners authorizes the use of their email address and any other sort of Personal Data related to the winner Participant for the sole and strict purpose of performing the Activity.

7. Liability

Ferrero is the owner and the licensee of all intellectual property rights submitted concerning the Activity. All such rights are reserved. You must not download, share or pass any information belonging to Ferrero, including any text, illustrations, photographs, video or audio content.

Whilst Ferrero takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the process and tools used for the Activity are properly functioning at all times, Ferrero does not warrant that they will be un-interrupted, timely or error free.

To the extent permitted by law, Ferrero, other members of its group of companies, and third parties connected to Ferrero, hereby expressly exclude all liability, including for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with the Activity or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Activity. This does not include excluding or limiting liability for matters which are unenforceable under applicable law.
